Vera Institute of Justice

A series of open workstation “neighborhoods” separated by full-height conference rooms encourage teamwork while providing places for research and meetings for this non-profit justice think tank, located in the iconic Woolworth Building. The collegial nature of this organization is clearly expressed in the entry, which resembles a small urban square and incorporates an active campus-like staff lounge. Exterior materials used throughout evoke early American courthouse architecture and express the long history of building a just society.
