Pace Psychology Department & McShane Center
Pace University’s new Psychology Department and McShane Center will support cutting-edge research and clinical training.
The full floor in a lower Manhattan office building houses the Pace University Department of Psychology and the Thomas J. McShane Center for Psychological Services, a state-of-the-art training clinic for the well-established psychology program. The new facilities support cutting-edge research and clinical training, dramatically enhance therapy services for its community, and encourage collaboration between students and faculty in an uplifting environment. The color and material palette unifies the entire floor, while also expressing the unique identities of each department. Despite the extremely dense layout, highly technical needs for training, and limited budget, the entire floor feels very airy, cheerful and dignified.
